In the summer of 2014,  The RMMHS Ex-students' Council came into existence as a result of an effort envisioned by me Samriddha Shome and Vikas Dixith. Vikas and I took the role of president and vice president respectively, and despite the lack of support from our school to acknowledge our Council, we decided to move forward with this idea and conducted the first ever reunion for the ex-students of our school. Needless to say, the reunion was a triumphant success, with an overwhelming number of ex-students showing up to enjoy a day of festivities and to participate with great enthusiasm in the football tournament which we also organized. But Vikas and I were not the only people who made this event the grand success that it had turned out to be; Writama Chatterjee and Swastika Das Sharma were the two other driving forces that took charge of the several challenges that came with organizing this event, and through their perseverance and rigorous hard work, made the day a memorable one for the people.
The next year, our little Council saw the addition of two new members, Adrija Paul and Sangeet Guha. And yet again, the 2015 reunion saw great participation from the ex-students and proved to be another grand success.
In 2016, however, a few members of our Council,me included, were not available to see the reunion through, due to our own personal preoccupations. The task was handed over to Adrija Paul, Iraban Chakrabarti, Soumalya Kar, Sidhha Chanda and Satya Sohham Prandhan under Vikas's and my supervision. The resulting reunion was just as massive a success as it had been for the past two years.
For the 2018 reunion, the council now recognizes Writama Chatterjee as the President and Adrija Paul as the Vice-President, owing to their continued support. The working committee consists of Amisha Ghosh, Satya Sohham Pradhan, Koushani Bhattacharya, Avishek Ghosh, Abhra Ghosh, Ronit Sarkar, Sushruta Bhattacharjee  and our beloved senior Pratik Kumar Mitra. As far as my involvement in the latest reunion is concerned, I plan to oversee the preceding as the secretary.
